Sohna..a flying kid The film shows the journey of an 11-12 year old village boy from Unnao district of North India. The boy belongs to schedule cast Community. (One of the Lowest Cast considered in Indian Cast system). Generally the community people belong to low-income strata. ‘Sohna’ is talented and ambitious boy. The poverty of his parents and ignorance toward education as well denial to all positive change in life has made him more miserable. His desire for canvas shoes leads him in odd situation and tired of all biases ‘Sohna’ decides to fly away.
